Speaking of Cheese
I was at a local grocery store and have discovered the MOST delish cheese EVER---White Vermont Cheddar!!! Heaven--I'm in heaven!! Seriously--you should get you some--it makes the BEST grilled cheese sammy's ever! Not a cheese I can afford to buy and grate over nacho's but something that is a nice indulgence on bread. Or crackers. Or even by itself.

First of all, please let me apologize. I now remember you sending me the info about NKOTB, but I was most upset about the loss of our beloved prophet that I didn't have time to get too excited (not to mention the fact that I was having a baby in a few days :) I am very sorry and I now recognize your excellent information. Second of all, where do you get said cheese? Is it in a specialty section at the regular grocery store or do you have to go to an organic store (we don't have that her, btw). Please let me know as I too dig the cheese. Have you tried Fontina? Delicious. Slightly strong, but very good melted over a burger or in a pasta. Miss you!
